On Thanksgiving we celebrated Mass and thanked God for his abundant blessings. Parishioners also participated in an exciting new parish tradition: the blessing of the table bread. This tradition invited us all to bring to mass the bread we would share at table later in the day as family and friends gathered together. We placed the breads on a table before the altar. At the end of the mass, our Pastor Fr. Pat blessed the breads as a prayer of blessing for our families. The collection for this day were donated in its entirety to Fr. Joe’s Villages to support their charitable works of service to the poor.
